POP is a global community of creative workspaces on a mission to bring remote teams closer together and spark new imaginative ideas.
We are imagining after COVID-19 creatives at large organizations and small teams that have transitioned entirely to remote work will meet at POP for the special occasions where creative challenges are better solved closer together. Jamming out while on a brainstorming session, presenting an amazing idea to a client, exploring trending design materials or simply chilling out and getting to know a new team member.
Connecting Creativity
Through Interpersonal relationships, we create unexpected moments when a conversation happens. Sensorial Connectivity can be achieved through lighting sound and aroma create a shared connected space with high energy. Sensorial stimulation through nature, lighting and a sense of ‘get away’ from familiarity clarify brain and generate new ideas when encountered road blocks. Building a memory together generates a sense of belonging and closeness within a team. Multi-posture/physical freedom Motions involve full body movement generates creativity in brain millennials changes their working location every two hours. Co-create Working remotely, brainstorming and ideation is a crucial part that works better when physically together.
POP Booking
The product design team at Nike have reached a design challenge and need to collaborate closer and explore material trends. The team's product manager creates a POP meeting and sends an invitation to the team located in Los Angeles, New York, London and Guangzhou.
Adjusting atmosphere
The other one for immersive accent lighting. POP's main graphic element is a playful yet elegant gradient for changing room lighting and aroma of the team's preferred working atmosphere. It is adjustable within the pop mobile app, abstract adjectives, and emotional color representing the vibe.
POP Environment
Stackable and moveable products shift the working atmosphere to be a bit more casual engagement within the teams. The zone facing a digital screen that always is turned on and connects with the other teams, surrounding with human noise and recreating the office culture. The coffee corner features an ingenious facade, whose pivoting panels make it possible to “open” the building and expand its interior on to public pathway, thus creating a permeable space in which private and public realm combine. People in the back chilling out and refreshing minds with a cup of coffee and dialogue build between professionals and the community.
Giving back to the community
Organizations like Nike partnering with local schools for kids to work on their creative ideas. POP hubs has lecture spaces providing global educational outreach. Educational programs around local issues in the neighborhood of that community. Big brands can connect with local community through POP.
